Winter Solstice Movement Exploration with Nejla Yatkin
Sun Date: Dec 21 2025
From: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Location: yogaview Chicago
Join Nejla Yatkin for an intimate Winter Solstice Movement Exploration. As the sun pauses on the horizon, take time to honor the stillness and deep renewal of the Winter Solstice through mindful movement and breath. In this gentle class, we’ll explore body awareness and movement patterns inspired by nature—circles, spirals, and waves—blending elements of dance and yoga with guided visualization. Together, we’ll release stagnant energies and create space for the new to arise.
Open to all levels. Come as you are—ready to ground, soften, and reconnect with the rhythms of your body and the season.
