Summer Solstice Sunrise Movement Gathering
June 21 • 5:30 AM • Meet at Theatre on the Lake in Lincoln Park (just off Fullerton Street)
Join me at sunrise to welcome the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Together we will walk to the beach and greet the morning through breath, gentle movement, reflection, and connection with nature.
As the sun rises over Lake Michigan, we will take time to pause, listen, and celebrate the light within and around us. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, this gathering offers an opportunity to move, breathe, and begin the season with intention, presence, and community.
No dance or yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes.
