The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance, light and dark in equal measure, inviting the body into renewal and gentle awakening. This movement exploration offers yoga practitioners and movers a space to step beyond form and technique and into embodied listening, presence, and flow.
Guided by breath, sensation, and natural movement patterns like spirals, waves, circles, and grounding lines, participants will explore how movement arises organically from the body’s inner intelligence. The practice weaves together subtle somatic awareness with fluid, accessible movement, honoring each body’s rhythm and capacity.
Rather than striving or perfecting shapes, this session emphasizes ease, curiosity, and responsiveness, allowing movement to unfold as a conversation between breath, body, and space. The experience will close with an embodied ritual, offering a moment to integrate the seasonal shift, set intention, and anchor balance through the body.
Open to yoga practitioners, movers, and all bodies curious about embodied exploration. No dance experience required.
