Open the visceral door of your body and join award-winning movement artist Nejla Yatkin for a gentle movement exploration
​inspired by patterns in nature. Participants will be guided through a process harnessing multiple practices including; Reiki, Feldenkrais, physical theater exercises, and contemporary dance. Harness the power of your imagination and explore your unique movement vocabulary. ​Through improvisation and structured exercises, discover new pathways of self-expression and connection to the natural world. 
This workshop invites ALL AGES to participate!
Please wear comfortable clothes.
Notebook and scarf are optional.
